Moon Valley Nurseries

I have purchased trees well over a dozen times from Moon Valley over the years. Their selection and inventory is famously second to none as the behemoth in the marketplace by a mile. And their trees are relatively much larger than competing vendors. Most of my purchases are 24” box size but the specimens are 36” box equivalent in size. Beyond excellent product, the buying experience is pleasant and the people are great. And deliveries and installs always smooth and timely. I’ve consistently had hi-caliber treatment there whether it’s the manager Seth or most recently Codie and Jazz worked to find me the right Australian Willow that I needed to match others on my property. Moon Valley is demonstrably the best place to buy trees.

So pleased with the work! We were able to get an estimate from Josh Corder. He was able to review photos of our tree, ask questions and provide feedback then get our service on the schedule. The crew arrived on time, they cleaned up as they worked as well as spoke with our neighbor to let them know about the service. We weren't required to be home but we were. The crew were so prepared and demonstrated care and safety while they worked. "Drop Zone" cones around the path, guarding between the tree and neighbors home to prevent damage. Something I wouldn't even have thought of. So professional. We appreciated the quick response from estimate to service while not feeling rushed. Thanks to Josh and the Moon Valley crew for helping us keep our tree cleaned up and healthy. Will gladly recommend them to others.

Donovan helped us pick out eight beautiful, healthy Ficus trees for our yard. Clay Clainer and his crew showed up right on time and did a fantastic job with the planting. They were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless afterward. Clay was really thoughtful about getting the placement just right, he even moved a couple of trees around until we were completely happy. He also gave us clear care instructions before leaving. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Donovan for selecting plants and asking for Clay's crew when it's time to install. Great experience all around.

A+ experience. We removed 13 trees that were a 40-foot ficus hedge and needed to replace with less root invasive plant species. Spencer was my sales representative who was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in the design. He came to do the flagging and permitting. Lastly, Clainer and his team delivered and planted our trees. Very clean professional and friendly team. We are just awaiting our food injections for our other trees from the final team. Highly recommend!

The staff at this location was incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to Seth and Victor for going above and beyond! We stopped by to purchase a Christmas tree, but it’s clear that this level of outstanding customer service is an everyday standard here. The nursery is large and from the areas we were, it appears there are many great options for landscaping needs. The Christmas tree lot offered so much more than just trees, including fun photo-op spots, hot chocolate, and ornament-making activities. It truly felt like a complete holiday experience. Highly recommend visiting for both the excellent service and the festive atmosphere was a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays!
